Chalet ‘Entre Deux Eaux’ is a 19th Century Village House situated ‘Between the two waters’ of Morzine. Originally the site of the village forge, this old stone house has been restored to provide comfortable winter & summer catered holiday accommodation with easy access to the excellent skiing and alpine pursuits offered by the Portes du Soleil.
The Portes du Soleil is made up of a group of mountain resorts straddling the French & Swiss borders with Lac Leman (Lake Geneva) to the north and Mont Blanc & Chamonix about an hour south.
The 650 kilometres of prepared pistes and 200 lifts are linked by a recently updated ski lift system with ‘handsfree’ lift passes available for the entire area – enabling you to ski the famous Portes du Soleil route.

Summer activities in the Valley
MONTRIOND - Located just outside the popular town of Morzine, Montriond is its more traditionally French, picturesque and tranquil little sister.
Situated just below lake Montriond and with a town square of shops and bars, is a less commercialised centre on the outskirts of busy Morzine.
The bars and restaurants in Montriond offer a good relaxing night out. If you want to venture into the nightclubs, they are easily accessible in nearby Morzine - just a 5 min. ride away
The Ardent gondola lift in Montriond takes you straight into the hub of lifts at les Linderets - opening up the whole Portes du Soleil from Avoriaz, Chatel, les Crosets and beyond and presents an ideal base for beginners & more advanced skiers with a good range of bars & restaurants for quick snacks or longer lunches in the middle of your day. At the end of the day beginners can take the telecabine down or you can ski down the 'Home Run' to l'Escapade bar, for a well earned drink before your lift home. Guests who book their Airport Transfers through us will be offered free daily resort transport to the lifts and return plus the services of our vehicles and drivers for trips into town for shopping, ice hockey matches and other aprés ski activities.

Entre Deux Eaux is exclusively run by the owners Julie & Lesley - with the help of staff. Lesley is a Salomon trained Ski Boot fitter of over 25 years experience, as well as being a PE Teacher & Garden Designer. Julie has over twenty years experience in the hotel, restaurant & catering trade in the Uk & abroad as well as having taught English in Helsinki.
We live in Morzine all year and take great pride in the chalet and the service we provide at our home in the Alps. Our guest book is full of high praise of our food, comfort of the rooms and our organisational expertise, with many guests returning year after year - we hope that we will have the pleasure of welcoming you to our chalet next winter.
