Guests enjoy 4 full days on the slopes as we have your lift pass ready and waiting, ski hire delivered on site or from our local shop and free minibus transfers to catch the first lift of the day. A room will be available for you so you can shower and change before taking an evening flight home. You really can make the most of your Thursday to Monday weekend holiday, taking advantage of cheaper flights and empty pistes!.
It doesn't matter if you're skiing with friends, family or independently - we ensure that everyone has a good time. Guests are able to join our free ski hosting to be shown round the mountain and meet other people in a sociable day out skiing or boarding.

For beginners and experts alike Bike Nation can offer different courses to introduce you to Downhill or Cross Country riding or to further improve your skills.
These outings are supervised by qualified instructors who will help you discover, at your own speed, MTB techniques as well as the magnificent trails available in the Portes du Soleil....... 1.5 hour lesson - under 12yrs - includes instruction from a qualified instructor, bike hire & helmet - from 20€
The lessons start on safe forest trails just behind the chalet – an ideal starting point for all would be downhillers.

Winter adventure - The Vallee Blanche

One of the more popular excursions we offer is a day trip to Chamonix to ski the fabulous 'Vallee Blanche'. A magical off-piste wonderland of towering rock spires, crevasses and ice seracs. Starting from an altitude of just under 4000 metres you are able to ski 22km off-piste, finishing on the 'Mer de Glace' ( Sea of Ice) glacier, an experience not be missed!
We employ a Chamonix mountain guide for the day who will provide all the relevant safety equipment, avalanche transceivers, climbing harnesses, etc.
Minimum requirements: Competent on red runs, an understanding of off-piste skiing with a little experience and a sense of adventure!

Children of all ages are welcome at our chalet when a chalet is booked in its entirety by the same group. Part chalet bookings with children can only be accepted at our discretion (usually during school & national holidays). When enquiring about our holidays you will be informed if any families with children have already made reservations.
Child discounts apply when a child eats a children’s meal & when sharing parents room.

We serve high tea for our younger guests at around 17:30 - 18:00. All foods on our special menu are made from fresh ingredients and include a main course, dessert/fruit & soft drink.
