Golf Courses in the French Alps in Summer

Evian  (45 minutes by car)

42-acre course  at the foot of the Alps on the south bank of Lake Geneva.

The Royal Golf Club, privately owned by the Domaine du Royal Club Evian, is the annual setting of one of the top international tournaments on the women's professional circuit: the Evian Masters. This superb, technically demanding course provides breathtaking views over Lake Geneva and the nearby peaks of the French Alps.

Annecy (1 hour 15 minutes by car)

Situated on the Roc de Chere, crossing a nature reserve, the golf course stretches between Lac d'Annecy, Lanfon and La Tournette.

This wooded course includes the odd blind hole - which require extremely accurate shots.

Some holes have raised tees which offer magnificent views of the lake and mountains.

Les Gets  (10 mins. by car)

Enjoy a round of golf at Les Gets and see how the course designers have successfully combined  breathtaking alpine vistas with a real technical challenge.  A great golfing experience!

Morzine - Avoriaz

Situated on the plateau at Proclou, at an altitude of 1600m, this course offers a total length of 2930 metres. It is a challenge and requires a good degree of fitness. Superb surroundings & the open view over the nearby summits of the Haut-Chablais makes it a worthwhile round.

There is also a driving range situated in Avoriaz.

Chamois - Mont-Blanc Golf Course (1 hour 15 mins by car)

Located between Mont Blanc and Les Aiguilles Rouges, at the foot of the famous Drus, at the bottom of a glacial valley,  Golf de Chamonix bears the hallmark of Robert Trent Jones Senior.

In an inspiring setting, this technically challenging 6076m course, with water obstacles and many bunkers, is not easily forgotten.

The Finnish style Club House offers a warm welcome to the bar and restaurant, which are open all year round.
