Christine Denis from Harley Days 2011 / Cavaillon:-
Chères Julie et Lesley
Après un retour pluvieux (400 Kilomètres sous la pluie) et beaucoup de trafic, nous sommes de retour à la maison
Merci encore une fois de votre accueil et de votre gentillesse, à bientôt. Christine
Virginia & Russ from Leeds:-
Hello Julie and Lesley,
Yet again we forgot to sign your visitors book ! Think it's because we slot straight into the hol and it's more like "coming home" than a new holiday experience.! As ever- we had a great few days. . . . our 7th time with you both, which says it all really. It's never long enough though.
Many thanks for everything and maybe stick this in the book and we'll try and remember to actually write in it next time. . . . roll on the 8th trip !
Love Virginia and Russ
Martin & Nellie from Canada:-
Julie and Lesley were great hosts. We felt like we made new friends by staying there.
Our room was on the main floor, the bed was very comfortable and the room had more then enough closet space.
Every morning one of them drove us to the ski lifts and picked us up again at our convenience. Although we love skiing, the best thing during our stay was diner with the other guests at one big table. Julie managed to wow us every day and especially her homemade lemongrass icecream is out of this world!
We will definitely be back.
Caroline & William from Warwickshire:-
Stayed for the third time in two years at Entre Deux Eaux.
Following the volcanic ash last April; the owners allowed my husband and I to stay three additional days as their guests as the season closed at the end of our skiing week. It was such a relief to have somewhere to stay at such a stressful time. Consequently we decided to return this season taking our son and his girlfriend.
Our son was bowled over by the quality of the cuisine. An extra special treat on James's birthday was a steak dinner and a complimentary bottle of wine. Those thoughtful gestures mean so much. A big thank you for this. Also relaxing in the hot tub was a wonderful end to a challenging day of skiiing topped off with a glass of red wine.
The whole holiday experience was exceptional value and we have recommended the chalet to our friends and colleagues.
Thanks again Lesley and Julie and we hope to see you and Lucy dog on your next visit to the UK.
Dave (Elmer) & Jan from Liverpool Jan 2010:-

Thanks once again

Dr. Julia Morch-Siddall from UK - 2009:-
Dear Lesley & Julie (Her Cheffiness).
Thank you for a lovely stay in your beautiful, well appointed, clean, warm house, so clean my mother would feel at home! Safely home, hilarious time trying to find French car return - saw far more of Geneva suburbs than planned!
My best experience of ski accommodation X Julia

“An absolute Gem”
As first time Portes de Soleil visitors we were in for a real treat staying with Julie, Leslie and Kate our wonderful hosts at Entre Deux Eaux. The beautifully restored ancient forge is tucked away in tranquil Montriond, a 5 minute drive from Morzine and also offering good access to the huge ski area via the Ardent bubble lift 7 minutes up the road past the Lac de Montriond.
It was our hosts that really made our stay. They are incredibly knowledgable, hugely engaging, passionate, helpful and just great fun to spend time with. As you can tell, we had a rather good time. To top it off we had very good snow, in fact far better than in Courchevel where we went on to a day later. I'm sure we'll be back!
