Summer Sledging |
Old and young will enjoy the two sledge runs on the Pleney
massif, situated in the heart of Morzine.
Prices for adults and children:
- 1 Trip - 4 €

- 10 Trips - 34.50 €
- Children under 8 free of charge, but must be accompanied
by an adult.

Cascade Adventure |
Ladders, footbridges, rope swings... Giant Tyrolean
traverses across waterfalls.
Open from 9.30am to 7pm. Minimum height 1.4m. Children under
16 should be accompanied by an adult.
Individual rates:
Adults - 19 Euros, Junior - 14 €
All equipment provided - harness, leash, karabiners,
pulleys, etc.

Farm Visits |
Near the horse-riding centre in Morzine, the farm is home
to a number of animals. Children are invited to come and feed
them every day. |
Climbing |
The "Pas de l'Ours" (Bear Paw cliff) with some
routes up to 80 metres in length, up to level 8A, 8B.
The "Touvière" beginners
rock face, with routes up to 30 metres in length (5 to 6B).
The
rock-face for experts looking to work on their technique
is found at the Col du Corbier, at Arblay (from 7B).
There is also an indoor artificial climbing wall in Morzine
Palais des Sport.
Climbing maps are for sale in shops and
at the Tourist Office.
Climbing Guides and Courses:
Beginners climbing lessons on the rock-face from 10 years
old. Also available, a course of 3 half-days for children.
A state-qualified instructor will be present for beginners
lessons, experienced climbers courses and courses for children
from the age of 6.
Private Lessons are also available to both beginners and advanced
climbers. |
Horse Riding |
There are riding schools at: Montriond Le "Ranch de
l'Avenir" - Horse riding with Pierre Premat and Françoise
Saint Marc, and Morzine's Parc des Dereches.
There is a large
range of equestrian leisure activities: first time riders
intermediate level classes, hacking etc. For children we
can organise awareness and saddling sessions from 4 years
old. You can ride paths along trials taking in beautiful
mountain scenery which will make for a truly memorable day.

Archery |
Archery on the banks of Montriond lake with the "Baron's
Archers". For both beginners and experienced archers;
mountain archery, biathlon and cross-country circuits, raids
and beginners courses.

At Montriond Lake there are mini electric cars for the ‘littlies‘.
Open every afternoon in July and August. There is also an
area of the lake for swimming with lifeguard on duty.
